Bill has been a lead Instructor with 29 years of experience. And was
Governor appointed to the Indiana State EMS Commission in 2002 for
a four year term.
Bill has been a Paramedic since 1985, and a Nationally Registered
Paramedic since 1989.

ACLS-Instructor,CPR-IT, PHTLS-I, PALS Instructor, Combat Medicine
(USN, USMC) Field suturing-I (USN), Indiana Tissue Recovery
Technician, EVOC-Instructor, Wilderness survival Instructor, Wilderness
EMT-Instructor,
National Registry testing representative, Cadaver lab lead instructor,
TEMS Instructor, and a State and National Speaker.
Bill also is the Medical Team Leader for the Connersville Police
Department SWAT Team, Certified Tactical Medic.
Bill is very happily married and live’s in Rushville, Indiana. With his wife
Amy and 8 children. In Bill’s spare time, He enjoys spending time with
his family along with enjoying the outdoors and enjoying life to its
fullest. In addition to his wife and kids . Their is one other love in his

Biography
Tri-County Training Academy
John P. Foy , EMT B/A , Tactical EMT
John has been in EMS for 10 years and Emergency Management for 6
years, and 5 years in the US Army. John works as the Academy ECSI
Instructor.
John also is part of an SAR Team for Fayette County EMA, and has
attend class in Meth Lab Response, Confined Space Rescue,
Bioterrorism, Emergency Response to Terrorism, just to name some
of the experience that he bring to the Academy.
John is also a Tactical EMT for the Connersville Police Department
SWAT Team,and works hand and hand with the team.
John is very happily married and live's in Connersville,Indiana . With
his wife Heather and 4 children. In John's spare time, He enjoys
spending time with his family, camping, water sports, and gaming
PC and XBox 360.

Christina Cummins EMT , Office Manager
Has been involved in EMS for 9 years. She started as a First responder
for Franklin county after completing a course offered by Bill. Went on to
obtain her EMT-B in 2000. She worked under Bill for several years at a
previous facility before his leave. Is now currently employed as the
Office Manager of the Tri-County Training Academy.
Christina is in charge of all day to day office matters including student
records, payments, and grades.
She is here to help you with questions and answers involving your
training with the academy, and to help you with any office issues while
starting your EMS education or expanding on your career.
Christina looks forward to meeting you and making your education
experience as easy as possible in the day to day hassle of EMS.
